We sincerely hope you love your purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied, refunds will be issued within 7 days of purchase for store credit only. A return must be brought back in store or shipped back within 7 days of delivery date.

Returns will only be accepted for items purchased at Monkee's of Virginia Beach with the original receipt. Items eligible for return must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. 

Any defect or damaged merchandise have to be reported within 2 days of receiving. All shoes, accessories, and discounted items (bought with a promotion) are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. 

As a small business, we cannot accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.

We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $10. Orders over $250 qualify for complimentary standard shipping. When your order ships, you will receive an email including tracking information.

Delivery times and dates will vary based on your location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or unforeseen delays due to holidays and weather. No overnight shipping is offered at this time.
