What is your online Return Policy?
We want you to LOVE your purchase! Should you need to return or exchange, please put your item(s) back in the mail within 10 days to receive the full credit on your credit card. Tags must be attached and the item unworn to receive any credit. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated as a promotion. All jewelry, handbags, sunglasses and lingerie are final sale. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location.
As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
What is your shipping Policy?
We offer a $10 Flat Rate shipping option and ship via UPS and USPS. Or a FREE pick up in store option for local customers.
After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to keep an eye out for your packages. Please note that delivery dates will vary based on your location.
Why can’t I add certain items to my cart?
We are so sorry for the inconvenience not all of our inventory is sold online due to vendor restrictions. If you can not add to cart, PLEASE CALL 757-961-9722 and any of our sales associates are happy to take your order via phone!

Currently online we are featuring a selection of what we have in store. But moving forward our goal will be to represent most everything available in store! Do I get loyalty points for shopping online?
To receive loyalty points for online purchases, you must register as a loyalty member AND confirm your email prior to your purchase. You will accrue 1 loyalty point for each $1 you spend online, in-store OR over the phone as long as you identify yourself by your email address. To REDEEM loyalty member rewards (birthday, member discounts, etc) you must call the store and place your order over the phone (or be in-store).
