Monkee's of Virginia Beach is looking to hire a part-time sales associate. The role of the sales associate is mainly to greet each customer that walks through the door and provide excellent customer service. It is the customer service that you provide that solidifies the Monkee's experience and keeps customer coming back to shop again and again. Monkee's is a women's fashion boutique that specializes in providing the very best in fashion along with the personal customer service to support the lines that we carry. Our Virginia Beach location is a corporately owned store. It is one of 20+ franchise locations throughout the southeast.

Listed below are the essential duties of the position but this list is not all inclusive:

• Greet and Engage Customers

• Give Fashion Advice

• Maintain and Communicate Product Knowledge

• Responsible for Opening and Closing Procedures

• Maintain store cleanliness

• Assist with Merchandising

• Stock Inventory and Supplies

• Answer Phone calls and emails

•Proficient at the POS system

• Help monitor social media for customer inquiries

• Ensure the best customer service

• Assist the store manager and assistant manager as needed Requirements

• 1 Year of Retail Sales Experience (preferably in fashion)

• College Degree

• Ability to multi-task

• Work well with other team members

• Take initiative
